Lyron Co Ting Keh is the founder of Seismic, a company building next-generation encrypted blockchain infrastructure.
He graduated from Stanford University, where he studied computer science and conducted research at the Stanford AI Lab (SAIL). Lyron previously worked at leading technology organizations, including Google X, Apple R&D, and Facebook AI.
Under his leadership, Seismic has raised over $17 million in funding — including two rounds led by a16z Crypto — and is preparing to launch its encrypted blockchain alongside real fintech partners.
Dalton Coder is a Systems Engineer at Seismic, based in New York, specializing in blockchain and systems infrastructure development.
Before joining Seismic in 2025, he worked as a Lead Software Engineer at TERMINAL (2022–2025) and collaborated with Fleek. Dalton has strong technical expertise in Solidity, TypeScript, and Rust, making him a key engineer in building the next generation of encrypted blockchain.
Matthew Markley is the Head of Operations at Seismic Systems, based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Before joining Seismic in 2024, he held roles as IT Audit Lead and Senior IT Auditor at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., and also worked at Abbott and KPMG US. Matthew earned a BSBA in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University (2013–2017). His core skills include IT audit, account management, public speaking, social media, and event planning, making him a key leader in Seismic's operations.
Christian Drappi is a Programmer at Seismic, based in New York, working there since 2024.
Previously, he was a Software Engineer at Alameda Research (2021–2022) and worked as a freelance developer on projects for X Development, Brilliant.org, and Tribe Dynamics (2019–2021). He also held positions at Tribe Dynamics (2015–2018) and as an Assistant Trader at Susquehanna International Group (SIG) (2014–2015).
Ameya Deshmukh is a Founding Engineer at Seismic, based in Bangalore, India, working there since 2023. Previously, he co-founded the startup PYOR and interned at AlphaGrep and CoinSwitch.
He also participated in programs with Antler and Hummingbird Ventures and contributed to open-source projects, including MetaBrainz Foundation. Ameya holds a degree in Physics & Math from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani.
Matthias Wright is a Software Engineer at Seismic, based in Bulgaria, working there since 2025
Before that, he worked in academia, doing research in machine learning and computer vision.
He holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Bath. On the side, he contributes to open-source projects: his GitHub includes work on the Fleek Network, a decentralized edge platform, and deep learning models
Spencer Solit is a Founding Engineer at Seismic Systems, based in New York, United States. He joined Seismic in 2024, where he focuses on building encrypted blockchain infrastructure and advancing the company’s core cryptographic systems.
Before joining Seismic, Spencer worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, where he developed zero-knowledge proof protocols for verifying SQL query correctness and integrated advanced cryptography into database architectures. His work included designing PIOP-based proving systems in Rust and creating an SQL planner optimized for proving performance.
He earned both his BASc in Computer Science and Mathematics and his MSE in Computer & Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. His core skills include cryptography, Rust and Go development, zero-knowledge proofs, machine learning, and blockchain analysis—positioning him as a key technical leader within Seismic’s engineering team.
